Rising Miss Lady Be (Ages 6–8)
Age Requirement
Must be between the ages of 6 and 8 by the competition date.
Scholarship Award
The Rising Star Scholarship Award
Awarded to support early educational enrichment, creative development programs, or future academic savings.
